HP Field Technical Support is seeking an experienced professional to enhance customer experience by delivering installation information, troubleshooting, and software services across pre-sales, post-sales, and service delivery. The role supports large enterprise accounts, mentors teams, and drives improvement through proactive monitoring and onsite escalation as needed.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 6–8 years of related work experience preferred in HP products or customer support/onsite services.

Responsabilidades

• Provide installation information and site-specific details to customers.
• Address customer-relations challenges promptly and escalate per protocol.
• Deliver software services across pre-sales, post-sales, and service delivery.
• Support large enterprise accounts with tailored solutions.
• Use proactive monitoring to prevent problems and improve experiences.
• Provide onsite support for break-fix activities and assist third-party providers.
• Mentor team members and serve as escalation point within the department.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and ensure strong business controls.
