HP in Mexico is seeking a Collections Team Lead/Resolver to coordinate analysts and support escalations, acting as back-up for the Manager and driving cash flow improvements. You will mentor the team, optimize processes, and build relations with internal partners to resolve aged accounts.

Strong leadership and communication are essential, with a track record of performance. This full-time onsite role offers collaboration across Finance and Credit teams and opportunities to influence collections
