Hewlett Packard Co. in Mexico City is seeking a Field Technical Support specialist to improve customer experience through installation guidance, proactive monitoring, and on-site break-fix support.

You will coordinate cross-functional work, mentor team members, and resolve complex issues for large enterprise accounts. The role covers pre-sales, post-sales, and service delivery support with a focus on operational excellence and customer-centric solutions.

Formación

• Education or commensurate experience with strong customer-facing skills.
• Experience in HP products and on-site customer support is preferred.
• Knowledge of service delivery across pre-sales, post-sales, and support is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide installation overview and site-specific information for customers.
• Address customer-relations challenges promptly and guide/escalate as needed.
• Offer software services across pre-sales, post-sales, and service delivery.
• Deliver tailored services to large or enterprise accounts with specific requirements.
• Use proactive monitoring to identify opportunities to prevent problems and enhance experience.
• Provide site support for break-fix activities and assist third-party providers onsite.
