HSBC Mexico is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the Strategy & Change Delivery team. You will drive a portfolio of change initiatives within Operations, including ISO migration efforts, ensuring governance and timely delivery while coordinating across regional teams and external partners.

The role requires strong English/Spanish communication, change management experience, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams with conflicting priorities in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifikationen

• Solid understanding of ISO 20022, payments and SWIFT messages.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; strong communication with stakeholders.
• Proven change management track record in a large organization.

Aufgaben

• Manage delivery of milestones from inception to implementation for various initiatives within Operations.
• Maintain engagement with regional stakeholders and SCD teams.
• Log and monitor milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests in Clarity.
• Ensure requirements are clearly articulated and traceable to business needs.
• Apply HSBC Change Framework and governance across projects and initiatives in the region.
• Lead ISO migration efforts for multiple sites with a cohesive master plan.
• Drive site plans to meet agreed timelines and ensure governance.
