Scotiabank in Mexico City seeks a Senior Manager, Delivery Lead to own local delivery execution of migration initiatives, coordinating with Product, Technology, Business, and Operations to align with global objectives.

The role ensures readiness, disciplined execution, and proactive risk management, while maintaining adherence to policies, regulations and Scotiabank’s values. You will lead a high performing team across local and global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Operations, or Finance.
• MBA or master's degree is an asset.
• 8–10+ years of delivery management, operations, program/project management, business transformation, technology implementation, or migration initiatives.
• Proven experience leading local execution of complex initiatives, including delivery planning, readiness tracking, stakeholder coordination, risk/issue management, and implementation support.

Responsabilités

• Leads and drives a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships.
• Own local delivery execution in Mexico, managing on-the-ground partnerships and ensuring alignment with global migration objectives.
• Partner with local Product, Technology, and Business teams to execute the migration plan effectively.
• Lead and manage the local migration team, ensuring operational readiness, training completion, and disciplined execution of migration activities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for local delivery risks, issues, and stakeholder communication.
• Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.
• Creates an environment in which their team pursues effective and efficient operations in line with values, Code of Conduct and Global Sales Principles, ensuring controls for risk/AML.
