HSBC Global Service Center in Mexico City seeks a Manager Cost Management to oversee Total Operating Expenses across the Americas, partnering with Finance, HR, Risk & Compliance, Technology and Corporate Services. The role requires strategic thinking, financial acumen and cross-functional collaboration in a multinational environment.

The successful candidate will engage with senior leaders, support ICO accounting and aging/IC0 breaks management, and will be located in Mexico.

Formación

• Experience in a complex financial services organization (banking preferred).
• Proactive, solution-focused with flexible approach.
• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders with varied financial literacy.
• Awareness of Agile and change management mindset.
• Sound judgement and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to design and execution of cost strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct in-depth cost analysis to identify savings opportunities and drivers.
• Collaborate with Function partners to add value on priorities.
• Interpret data to drive decision-making for entities/functions.
• Support forecasting, budgeting and FRP at regional level; understand finance structure and stakeholder management.
• Ensure data integrity and drive standardization of processes across the region.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and dashboards on cost performance and risks.
