HSBC Holdings plc is seeking a Manager for Enterprise Risk Management, Capital and Behaviours in Mexico City. The role focuses on guidance around capital management, stress testing and an operational risk framework to maintain robust risk assessment and modelling.

The candidate will also support behavioural risk management, regulatory consultations, and the global operational risk framework while collaborating with local regulators and risk stewards. Advanced English is essential.

Formación

• Advanced English language required.
• Experience in operational risk specialist areas preferred.
• Strong risk management knowledge including RMF.
• Solid data management skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Input on management of Operational Risk capital globally and locally.
• Design and implement methodology, process, tools and policy for operational risk stress testing.
• Contribute to PRA and EBA global stress testing exercises.
• Support regulatory requirements and responses related to operational risk and resilience.
• Coordinate regulatory requests and commitments; manage incident reporting and investigations.
