Job summary

Scotiabank Mexico is seeking an IT Project Management Consultant to lead and monitor initiatives, coordinating with PMO and transformation stakeholders to prepare project status reports and manage budgets.

The role requires 3-5 years of IT/PMO experience, strong planning, risk and vendor management skills, and clear stakeholder communication across Mexico and LatAm. A analytical degree is preferred, with bonus for tool experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in analytical subject; financial/operations background preferred.
• 3-5 years’ experience in IT project management or PMO roles.
• Experience with project management systems and supply management tools is a plus.
• Bonus points for experience in financial markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution and monitoring for assigned initiatives.
• Coordinate budgeting and expense tracking across groups.
• Produce and consolidate status reports for Mexico and PAC countries.
• Support vendor management, contract negotiations, and procurement processes.
• Develop PMO dashboards and improve reporting tools.
