HSBC busca un/a Vicepresidente Asociado para Transformación e Inversión, dentro de GPS, con base en Ciudad de México. Esta función implica administrar el portafolio de inversiones tecnológicas y coordinar con equipos de producto para asegurar el progreso y la gobernanza adecuada.

Se requiere experiencia en gestión de portafolios, gobernanza de productos y habilidades analíticas, con capacidad para trabajar en entornos ágiles y con múltiples partes interesadas.

Formación

• Formación universitaria en Administración, Finanzas, Economía o campo relacionado.
• Proveniencia en gestión de portafolios, gobernanza de productos o roles afines.
• Conocimiento de metodologías ágiles y marcos de HSBC para cambios.

Responsabilidades

• Administrar el portafolio de inversión tecnológica de GPS.
• Rastrear rendimiento del portafolio, asignación presupuestaria y progreso de proyectos.
• Soportar actividades relacionadas con portafolio, informes y comunicación con las partes interesadas.
• Implementar y mantener un sistema robusto de seguimiento de incidentes para asuntos operativos y de producto.
• Asegurar la identificación, escalamiento y resolución de problemas en colaboración con el equipo de producto.
• Comunicar estados y resultados a las partes interesadas y promover mejoras continuas.
• Apoyar como respaldo en actividades como Gobernanza de Producto, Comercialización y procesos de Firma Digital.

Role Purpose
We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join in the role of Associate Vicepresident, Transformation & Investment. This is a role within HSBC's Global Payments Solutions (GPS) business, based in Mexico City.
Global Payment Solutions (GPS) is made up of almost 10,000 people, across more than 50 countries. The business is uniquely positioned to help clients make payments across borders, across currencies and regulations, quickly and efficiently with dedicated country and regional and global support. Our expertise in this area is repeatedly recognised by the industry's most prominent publications and associations with numerous global, regional and country awards.
Transformation & Investment is a practice in GPS to administrate Technology Investment Portfolio. In this role, you will:

• Manage the administration of the technology investment portfolio for GPS.
• Track portfolio performance, budget allocation, and project progress.
• Support portfolio-related activities, including reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Implement and maintain robust issue tracking for all operational and product-related matters.
• Ensure timely identification, escalation, and resolution of issues in close collaboration with the product team.
• Communicate status and outcomes to stakeholders and drive continuous improvement.
• Support as a back up of the team for different activities such as: Product Governance, Commercialisation and, Refund and Digital signature processes

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 - 3 years' experience in product management, product governance, portfolio management, or similar roles.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies, HSBC Change Framework, and project management.
• Strong understanding of transparency regulations and HSBC product governance frameworks.
• Experience working with regulatory bodies such as CONDUSEF or Ombudsman offices.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
• Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting, including proficiency with Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret complex product and contract data.
• Experience in process optimization and workflow automation.
• Ability to synthesize information and present actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with risk assessment and issue tracking systems.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges.
• Willingness and ability to support critical activities outside of standard working hours, as required by business needs or in response to urgent operational matters.
• Proficiency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is desirable.
