Hubbell Incorporated Monterrey is seeking an Human Resources Manager to lead the plant HR function, overseeing employee relations, talent acquisition, training, and performance management. You will partner with Mexico COE and the HR Director to align local strategies with company-wide HR programs and compliance requirements.

The role requires strong leadership, English and Spanish fluency, and experience in manufacturing environments.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, psychology, industrial relations, human resources, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of progressive HR experience; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of leadership development, team dynamics, and organizational effectiveness.

Responsabilidades

• Lead site HR functions including employee relations, talent acquisition, training and development.
• Align Monterrey HR procedures with the Mexico HR strategy and business needs.
• Coach and develop leaders; foster leadership effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with Mexican labor law and labor authorities.
• Coordinate HR programs, pipelines, and audits; manage budgets and reporting.
