CFMOTO in Monterrey, MX seeks an experienced HR Supervisor to lead local HR operations at our manufacturing site. You will oversee recruitment, compensation, payroll, labor relations, compliance, and employee development in a fast-paced plant environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HR, strong knowledge of Mexican labor laws, and the ability to work independently while aligning with headquarters in China. English and Spanish proficiency required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or Organizational Psychology.
• Minimum 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or plant environments.
• Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, contracts and payroll management.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican labor laws and regulations.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with HR systems.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute the local recruitment plan for white-collar and blue-collar roles.
• Manage compensation and benefits, payroll accuracy, and attendance oversight.
• Oversee employment contracts, labor compliance, and employee relations issues.
• Drive localization of corporate culture and cross-cultural collaboration with headquarters in China.
• Supervise HR team, report workforce data, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
