ARSAN International Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager MX for a manufacturing client. The role is hands-on and focuses on implementing HR best practices that drive business goals, mitigate organizational risk, and align with regional initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct, and evaluate the plant's HR functions.
• Develop plant talent requirements, development, and business impact.
• Establish credibility with management and employees as listener and problem solver.
• Translate strategic and tactical business plans into HR strategic and operational plans.
• Develop policies and programs for effective people resource management at the plant.
• Ensure HRIS data accuracy and monitor payroll and benefits practices.
• Manage the HR budget and financial impacts of the plant’s HR department.
• Drive safety mindset and provide training programs across the facility.

About the job Human Resources Manager MX

Our Client an International Manufacturing Company, Is looking for a HR Manager.This role is responsible for implementing Human Resources best practices that drive the achievement of business goals, mitigate organizational risk, and align with Regional HR initiatives. It is expected that this dynamic leader that is totally hands on and will pursue and enjoy daily interaction with employees in a manufacturing environment. The Human Resources Manager will report to the HR Operations Director.

Position only for Mexican Payroll.

Main Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (required), with coursework in business, human resources, or organizational development preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of Manager experience.
• 7+ years of experience in Human Resources roles with progressing responsibilities.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a must
• Experience working with Union is Required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Demonstrated Competencies:

• Proven knowledge of all core HR processes including performance management, leadership development, talent management, compensation, labor relations
• Ability to identify and clearly communicate strategic needs, resource key projects, develop recommendations, and lead change implementation with little or no direction.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and business acumen as demonstrated through previous work experience and accomplishments; this includes translating people-related metrics to actionable results.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; prior experience clearly expressing complex ideas and strong presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills, and ability to effectively disseminate information in a clear and concise manner.
• Judgment - displays willingness to make decisions; exhibits sound and accurate judgment; supports and explains reasoning for decisions; includes appropriate people in the decision-making process; makes timely decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct, and evaluate the plant's Human Resource function and performance aligned to site business objectives.
• Participate in the development of the plant's plan and program with an emphasis on talent requirements, development, and impact on the business.
• Establish credibility throughout the organization with management and employees to be effective listener and problem solver.
• Translate strategic and tactical business plans into HR strategic and operational plans.
• Develop appropriate policies and programs for effective management of the people resources of the plant. This could include programs for employee relations, employee challenges, and career development.
• Ensure all HRIS information is accurate and monitor best practices in payroll and benefits
• Manage the budget and other financial impacts of the plant's human resource department.
• Plan and continue improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the group as well as providing individuals with professional and personal growth.
• Partner with the Plant and Safety Manager to drive safe behaviors and a safety mindset into the culture of the site.
• Partner with leaders in the design and presentation of engaging training programs for all levels of the facility to educate and develop employees.
