Job summary

Eaton's Residential Wiring Devices division in Monterrey, MX seeks an HR Manager onsite to lead HR strategy and operations for the plant, aligning policies with US and Mexican requirements.

You will drive talent development, compensation, employee relations, compliance, and data integrity across HR systems while partnering with the site leadership to sustain growth and a high-performance culture.

Relocation within Mexico is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or related field is required.
• 7+ years of experience managing human resources in the manufacturing environment.
• Compensation and benefits management experience and must be able to conduct market surveys and analysis.
• Policy, procedure, process and HR metrics administration.
• Organizational development and team administration.
• In-depth knowledge of employment laws in Mexico.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Mexico without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the HR function for the manufacturing team in the Monterrey, MX operation.
• Develop and administer HR policies, processes, and programs; administer global HR policies related to compensation, employee relations, recruiting, talent development, talent acquisition and community services.
• Supervise HR information systems to ensure data integrity and align with Mexican and US HRIS.
• Lead senior management with changes in policies or programs and monitor economic/market trends affecting HR.
• Support environmental and quality policies (ISO14001/ISO9000) and ensure compliance with employment legislation across US and Mexico.
