Job summary

Epsilon LATAM. in Mexico City is seeking an experienced IT operations professional to support SFTP platforms and enterprise file transfer solutions. You will manage batch scheduling, scripts, encryption, and certificate management, collaborating with IT teams and stakeholders to ensure reliable file transfers.

Proficiency with ServiceNow and JIRA, and familiarity with ITIL processes, are also required for incident response and change management.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience supporting SFTP platforms and enterprise file transfer solutions.
• Strong experience with SFTP, FTPS, SSH and managed file transfer platforms.
• Experience with batch scheduling tools: Control-M, Autosys, UC4 or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of Linux/Unix command line and shell scripting.
• Experience with file encryption (PGP/GPG) and certificate management.
• Experience with ServiceNow, JIRA and ITIL processes.
• Strong troubleshooting, coordination and stakeholder communication skills.
