Atos is seeking a Business Process Consultant (ServiceNow) to partner with clients, analyze and optimize business processes, ensuring alignment with ServiceNow best practices. The role involves eliciting and documenting requirements, advising on solution approaches, and supporting delivery cycles for successful implementations.

You will lead workshops, document functional specs, and facilitate backlog refinement while collaborating with both business and technical teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in IT, IS, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in IT business process analysis and optimization.
• Experience with ServiceNow platform and related ITIL practices.

Aufgaben

• Facilitate client workshops to map as-is and to-be processes with Sponsors, Stakeholders, and SMEs.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels within the customer organization.
• Collaborate with Project Manager to support delivery within timelines and budget.
• Translate complex information into clear user needs for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Create functional specifications, gap analyses, process diagrams, and user stories.
