Job summary

Atos in Mexico City is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant for HRSD/GBS ServiceNow to design, configure, implement, integrate and support enterprise ServiceNow solutions that enhance employee services and shared-service operations.

The role requires current HRSD ServiceNow certification with proven experience delivering complex HRSD implementations and collaborating with architects, security, privacy, and compliance teams across regions.

Qualifications

• Current ServiceNow certification relevant to HRSD.
• Proven experience implementing HRSD in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience working with executives, HR leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong ability to translate requirements into implementable designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery across requirements, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and transition to support.
• Configure HRSD modules: HR Case, Knowledge Management, Employee Center, Onboarding and Transitions, Lifecycle Events.
• Design employee journeys including onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and executive views to measure operations.
