Job summary

Atos is seeking a Technical Consultant for ServiceNow focusing on CMDB and ITSM in a remote Mexico-based role. You will translate business needs into robust ServiceNow configurations, develop solutions, and support deployment across client environments.

You'll collaborate with customers, run design workshops, and deliver technical specifications using out-of-the-box capabilities. Strong ITIL knowledge and hands-on ServiceNow experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with IT Service Management (ITIL) processes and KPIs.
• Knowledge of LDAP, VPN, SSL technologies.
• Ability to produce technical and customer-facing documentation.
• Preferred: ITSM CMDB.
• CSA ITSM CMDB certification.

Responsibilities

• Support design workshops and contribute to design specifications using out-of-the-box functionality.
• Work with customers to translate business requirements into ServiceNow solutions.
• Contribute to technical delivery: configuration, development, testing, and implementation.
