Job summary

Atos, a global leader in digital transformation, is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Architect in Mexico to define, design, and govern the overall ServiceNow solution architecture. Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of IT experience with a focus on hosting, solution architecture, and design.
• Minimum of 5 years of ServiceNow SME experience, including solution design and platform architecture.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes, metrics, and KPIs.
• Extensive experience designing and supporting third-party integrations with the ServiceNow platform using REST, SOAP, SFTP, MID Server and related technologies.
• Knowledge of enterprise security components such as LDAP, Single Sign-On (SSO), SSL, and related infrastructure technologies.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management within cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define, design, and govern the overall ServiceNow solution architecture.
• Lead solution design activities, development support, testing strategies, PoCs, and migration planning.
• Design and architect scalable on-premises and cloud-based services and applications that integrate with multiple technologies.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and delivery teams.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and architectural alignment with enterprise standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze challenges and present clear solution options and concepts.
• Develop reliable technical solution plans, including estimations and delivery approaches.
• Support digital transformation initiatives and technology rationalization efforts.
