Job summary

Atos is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Technical Architect to define, design, and govern the ServiceNow solution architecture, partnering with customers to capture business and technical requirements. You will ensure scalable, secure platform solutions aligned with enterprise standards in a remote setting.

You will lead solution design, migrations, and integrations (REST, SOAP, SFTP, MID Server), while mentoring teams and driving governance and security across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS, MIS, Eng or related field.
• 8–10+ years in IT with emphasis on hosting, solution architecture and design.
• Minimum 5 years as ServiceNow SME with solution design and platform architecture.
• Strong ITIL, web tech, integration and security knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Define, design, and govern the overall ServiceNow solution architecture.
• Partner with customers to understand business and technical requirements and ensure scalable, secure platform solutions.
• Lead solution design activities, migration planning, testing, and PoCs; provide estimations.
• Architect scalable on-premises and cloud-based services that integrate across multiple technologies.
• Mentor development and delivery teams and ensure governance and compliance.
