Job summary

Atos is seeking a Technical Consultant for ServiceNow focusing on CMDB and ITSM in a remote Mexico-based role. You will translate business needs into robust ServiceNow configurations, develop solutions, and support deployment across client environments.

You'll collaborate with customers, run design workshops, and deliver technical specifications using out-of-the-box capabilities. Strong ITIL knowledge and hands-on ServiceNow experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with IT Service Management (ITIL) processes and KPIs.
• Knowledge of LDAP, VPN, SSL technologies.
• Ability to produce technical and customer-facing documentation.
• Preferred: ITSM CMDB.
• CSA ITSM CMDB certification.

The primary role of the Technical Consultant is to work closely with customers to understand and translate their business and technical requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions. The consultant is responsible for configuring, developing, and implementing platform capabilities while supporting the successful delivery of the solution.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting functional design workshops and contributing to the creation of design specifications based on out-of-the-box functionality and customer requirements
• Working closely with customers to understand, analyze, and translate business requirements into ServiceNow solutions
• Contributing to the technical delivery, including configuration, development, testing, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions

Your Expertise

Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline

Experience: Hands-on experience in design, development, and deployment on the ServiceNow platform (approximately 18-36 months), or 3+ years of experience with similar ITSM tools.

Minimum Required Skills

Experience in providing creative solutions to business problems and working with IT Service Management (ITIL) processes, metrics, and key performance indicators.

Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL and other such technologies.

Ability to produce documentation on various levels including technical and customer facing.

Preferred Skills ITSM CMDB.

Certification ITSM CMDB CSA.
