Job summary

Atos is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Technical Architect in Mexico to lead enterprise-scale implementations, define architecture roadmaps, and ensure scalable, secure platform solutions aligned with enterprise standards.

You will partner with customers to capture requirements, design integration patterns, mentor delivery teams, and drive governance across ITSM, ITOM, and security domains within complex environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 8–10+ years IT experience with focus on hosting, architecture and design.
• Minimum 5 years ServiceNow SME experience including design and platform architecture.
• Strong ITIL, security, and integration knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture design for ServiceNow solutions and migrations.
• Engage with customers to gather requirements and design patterns.
• Mentor delivery teams and ensure governance and best practices.
• Design scalable, secure on-premises and cloud‑based services.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure compliance and alignment.
