ABB in Mexico seeks a Service Sales Support Specialist to drive the technical and commercial solution for High Power Rectifier System service opportunities within North America. You will translate customer requests into proposals and collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and contract management to enable wins.

You will develop trust with customers by proposing robust solutions, negotiating terms, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and long-term

Formación

• Experience in basic electrical engineering in an industrial setting.
• 3+ years working knowledge of electrical engineering applied to power converters and electrical distribution.
• Experience with HVDC/VFDs and power conversion is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Understand customer requests and translate into technical and commercial solutions.
• Prepare service proposals with engineering, supply chain, HSE, contract management and suppliers.
• Negotiate commercial terms (payments, warranty, prices, terms) with the sales manager and customers.
• Manage administrative sales processes and project management activities as needed.
• Coordinate activities with customers and project management to ensure alignment.
