ABB is seeking a Service Sales Support Specialist to drive sales of High Power Rectifier System services and upgrades in North America. You will partner with the sales manager to craft technical and commercial solutions, manage proposals, and foster long-term customer relationships.

Key requirements include a strong electrical engineering background (5 years in industry, 3+ with power converters), knowledge of VFDs, and clear English communication. Travel may be required.

Formación

• At least 5 years in an industrial environment with 3+ years applying electrical engineering to power converters.
• Experience with Variable Frequency Drives and Power Converters is advantageous.
• Excellent English communication and ability to travel if required.

Responsabilidades

• Understand customer requests and translate them into technical and commercial solutions.
• Prepare service proposals with engineering, supply chain, HSE, and contracts support.
• Negotiate commercial terms with customers in line with ABB offering and strategy.
• Coordinate sales processes and project management activities with customers and internal teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers to enable long-term collaboration.
