ABB is seeking a Sales Support - Pre-Sales engineer to back the Sales team with technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions. You will serve as a key technical resource and prepare product descriptions while contributing to the Electrification business for the Smart Power division in the US market.

The role emphasizes warranty support to customers and colleagues, providing technical guidance on specifications, and performing analytics to propose optimal solutions for complex enquiries.

Formación

• BS in electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent 5+ years experience.
• Experience with molded case circuit breakers, transformers, lighting panels, switches and general-purpose control products.
• Strong analytical and customer-service mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Provide timely warranty support to ABB Sales, ABB Distributors, OEMs, Contractors, and End Users.
• Offer technical advice and comment on enquiry specifications for customers and Sales Engineers.
• Perform analytics and diagnostic studies to determine the most suitable technical solution for complex enquiries.
