ABB is seeking a Proposal Engineer/Sales Support professional based in San Luis Potosí, Mexico. You will craft competitive bids, estimates and quotations, balancing technical and commercial aspects to optimize margins.

You will collaborate with sales, engineering and product teams across North America, South America and Mexico. The role requires 3–5 years in proposal-related roles, experience with Salesforce/SAP, and strong English communication.

Formación

• Experience with Salesforce, SAP and MS Office for proposing and quoting.
• 3–5 years in proposal engineering, applications engineering, sales support, or estimations.
• Experience with low voltage switchgear or electrical distribution is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills and customer-focused mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Create and complete bids, estimates and quotations based on customer specs to achieve margins.
• Maintain balance between ABB units and customers in your area of responsibility.
• Prepare proposals with technical and cost elements; ensure timely, well-documented tenders.
