Job summary

Teva, a leading biopharmaceutical company, seeks a Unified Communications Professional III in Mexico City to design, administer, and improve enterprise collaboration across Microsoft Teams, Teams Rooms, Poly, Crestron, and related AV/VC platforms.

You will partner with stakeholders, infrastructure teams, and regional support to ensure reliable, secure user-focused UC services, drive improvements, and support project execution globally.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of Unified Communications, video conferencing, or meeting room tech experience.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Teams, Teams Rooms, Poly, Crestron, and AV/VC infra.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and enterprise integration.
• Experience engineering, implementing, and supporting enterprise video systems.
• Ability to gather and translate business requirements into scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced local and remote troubleshooting for scale-related AV systems and performance issues.
• Coordinate with external AV service providers for outages or repairs.
• Plan, schedule, deploy, and validate firmware/software updates for AV systems.
• Prepare repair or replacement estimates beyond warranty/service agreements.
• Manage regional AV room inventories and CMDB upgrades.
• Oversee budgets for consumables and spare parts and coordinate pricing with suppliers.
• Track and report regional AV service tickets and incident trends.
