A technical services firm in Mexico, Ciudad de México is searching for an End User Computing & Collaboration Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and 5-7 years of relevant experience, specifically in EUC and IT infrastructure. Knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and VDI platforms is crucial. This role also offers a permanent contract along with benefits exceeding the legal requirements and opportunities to engage in community initiatives.

• 5-7 years of experience in IT infrastructure or end-user computing (EUC) roles, with at least 4 years in EUC, collaboration, telephony, or videoconferencing engineering.
• In-depth knowledge of EUC technologies, including Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms.
• Experience with telephony systems and unified communications platforms (Cisco), including VoIP, PBX, and MS Teams Phone System.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Power Platform).
• Proficiency with VDI platforms (Citrix, VMware Horizon, Azure Virtual Desktop).
• Experience with telephony systems and UC platforms (Cisco) including MS Teams Phone System.

End User Computing & Collaboration Engineer

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5-7 years of experience in IT infrastructure or end-user computing (EUC) roles, with at least 4 years of experience in EUC, collaboration, telephony, or videoconferencing engineering.
• In-depth knowledge of EUC technologies, including Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 services: Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Power Platform.
• Proficient in VDI platforms (Citrix, VMware Horizon, Azure Virtual Desktop).
• Experience with telephony systems and unified communications platforms (Cisco), including VoIP, PBX, and MS Teams Phone System.
• Familiarity with videoconferencing platforms (Zoom, Teams, Webex, Cisco Room Systems).
• Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
• Valid US visa and ability to travel up to 25% of the time monthly.
• Proficiency in English (spoken, written, and read) is required.
• Ability to commute to Cuajimalpa, CDMX.
