ABB is seeking an IS Unified Communications specialist to manage and support complex telephony solutions using Microsoft Teams.

The candidate will implement Teams telephony services, configure requirements, and support legacy system transitions. An ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT, with over six years of relevant experience, and must be proficient in English.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience with Teams Enterprise Telephony and Meeting Rooms design.
• Experience managing enterprise deployments across different countries.
• Advanced English level required.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and support Teams telephony and Meeting Rooms solutions.
• Configure complex voice requirements in MS Teams.
• Monitor and enhance Quality of Service for voice and video communications.
