Signifyd in Mexico City is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager Support to serve as the post-sales technical advisor for Latin American merchants. You will work cross-functionally with product, risk, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure timely integrations and proactive technical support, spanning SMB to Enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Experience with API-based SaaS platforms and integrations.
• Proficiency with Looker, Postman, and Salesforce for reporting and support.
• Fluent English and Spanish communications.

Responsibilities

• Integrate merchants utilizing partners and platforms including OMS/eCommerce API integrations (VTEX, Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, NetSuite).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, risk, marketing, and engineering to improve customer experience.
• Escalate unresolved issues to Billing, Claims, Chargebacks, Implementations, Customer Success, Product, Engineering.
• Research and troubleshoot customer inquiries within Support using appropriate tools.
• Document and share best practices for internal utilization.
