Job summary

Signifyd in Mexico is hiring a Senior Technical Account Manager Support to act as post-sales technical advisor for Latin American merchants. You will work with product, risk, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure timely integrations and effective issue resolution.

You will document best practices, train merchants on Signifyd Console, and serve as SME while maintaining CRM-driven onboarding and milestone updates. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with API terminology and tools (JSON, HTTP).
• 6 years of technical SaaS experience with customer-facing roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Serve as post-sales technical advisor and support for LATAM merchants.
• Coordinate with product, risk, marketing, and engineering to resolve issues.
• Document best practices and share knowledge across teams.
• Train merchants on Signifyd Console and maintain CRM updates.
