Job summary

Schneider Electric in Mexico City is seeking a Senior Associate, Talent Attraction for a 12-month temporary role to drive strategic hiring, build pipelines, and influence decisions with market insights.

You will partner with leaders across manufacturing, operations, procurement, engineering, and quality to own full-cycle recruitment, optimize processes, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience while advancing employer brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Psychology, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Strong experience developing sourcing strategies and building talent pipelines.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, influencing and consulting skills.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to leverage recruiting metrics and insights.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment processes from intake through offer and onboarding.
• Develop and execute sourcing and recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to define effective hiring strategies.
• Drive high-quality candidate assessments and provide consultative recommendations.
• Manage hiring activity across manufacturing, operations, supply chain, procurement, engineering, quality, and production.
• Leverage recruiting metrics and market intelligence to influence hiring decisions and outcomes.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the journey.
• Support employer branding and represent the company at events and networking activities.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to optimize recruiting processes and drive excellence.
