Capital One in Mexico City is seeking a Senior Associate to join our Recruiting Team. You will manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, from crafting compelling job descriptions to sourcing diverse candidates and presenting strong offers.

You will advise hiring managers on market trends, develop pipelines through LinkedIn and referrals, and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in a fast-paced banking environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years in recruiting, HR, or client consulting.
• PHR certification preferred.
• Professional experience with full lifecycle recruiting is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full lifecycle recruiting from job description to offer.
• Source diverse candidate pipelines and leverage sourcing techniques.
• Advise hiring managers on market trends and recruiting processes.
• Develop candidate pipelines and coordinate offers.
