XTransfer in Mexico City is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment for commercial teams. You will post jobs, source candidates, screen resumes, reach out to candidates, schedule interviews, coordinate offers and assist onboarding.

You will build long-term pipelines, align with hiring managers, track KPIs, and ensure a positive candidate experience while navigating the local Mexican labor market.

Formación

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sourcing and candidate outreach capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and tight timelines.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruitment independently: posting, sourcing, screening, outreach, scheduling, coordination, offers and onboarding prep.
• Proactively source active and passive candidates; build long-term pipelines for commercial teams.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify requirements and provide progress updates.
