Astreya is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Mexico City to aggressively source and recruit top talent for management and craft roles. You will source through job postings, social media, and internal networks, building a strong talent pipeline while innovating recruitment strategies.

The role involves coordinating interviews, expanding reach, and handling daily HR tasks with limited oversight, enabling you to influence the department’s strategic direction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of related experience (or equivalent).
• Proficient in using social media to attract tech talent.
• Ability to screen candidates and coordinate interviews.
• Strong MS Office skills (Outlook and Excel).

Responsibilities

• Develop a detailed knowledge of the company culture to create a hiring strategy.
• Communicate and embrace career development opportunities Astreya embodies.
• Receive and manage all incoming applications to determine candidate pool quality.
• Facilitate initial communications and screening interviews for qualified candidates.
• Proactively communicate with managers to expand reach using the employee database.
• Complete daily HR duties including postings, sourcing, referrals, interviews, offers, and handoffs.
• Create and manage social media postings related to recruitment and company culture.
• Research recruiting strategies and refine to stay cutting edge.
• Coordinate travel for candidates for interviews.
• Attend/cfacilitate career fairs at universities or venues.
• Other duties as required.
