• Proven track record managing complex searches across Latin America and the United States.
• Exceptional English language proficiency (verbal and written).

• Lead the full executive recruitment lifecycle for Director and other senior-level roles, from briefings to offers and pre-boarding.
• Partner with leadership, business unit heads, and HR teams to understand strategic talent gaps and craft proactive search strategies.
• Build and nurture relationships with top external talent, delivering a confidential candidate experience.
• Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and talent intelligence to inform leadership hiring and succession planning.
• Advise senior stakeholders on talent trends, compensation insights, and best-in-class search practices.
• Ensure rigorous assessment, selection, and evaluation processes emphasizing leadership capability and cultural fit.
