Job summary

LTM in Mexico is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition professional with 3 to 5 years of experience to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies and manage end-to-end hiring processes.

You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, design hiring plans, source candidates through social media, job boards and professional networks, and ensure compliance and smooth workflows across onboarding, IT, and HR business partners.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition
• Develop and implement TA strategies
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
• Utilize diverse sourcing channels to attract qualified candidates
• Analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate effectiveness
• Ensure compliance with policies and local employment laws

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to identify and prioritize staffing requirements
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates
• Organize recruitment events and assessments
• Design tailored job descriptions and interview questions
• Conduct compensation benchmarking and market mapping
• Maintain stakeholder relationships for smooth hiring processes
• Track KPIs such as recruiter productivity and offer-to-join ratios
• Coordinate scheduling of interviews and candidate communications
• Complete mandatory trainings and adhere to best practices
