Job summary

Grupo Desmex is seeking an experienced Remote Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts from anywhere in Mexico. You will design strategic TA plans, manage a remote team of recruiters and sourcers, and own the full lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

The role requires 7+ years in talent acquisition with 3+ years in management, plus strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 7+ years in talent acquisition, with 3+ in leadership.
• Experience in developing and executing strategic recruitment plans.
• Proven ability to hire for technical and non-technical roles.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with ATS and recruitment marketing tools.
• Analytical thinker with data-driven approach.
