Overview

We are a leading independent global professional services firm specializing in turnaround management, restructuring, performance improvement, and corporate advisory services. We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Talent Acquisition Analyst to join our Human Resources team in Mexico City.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of roles across business functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
• Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and direct outreach.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate interview logistics, feedback collection, and candidate follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Support employer branding initiatives and promote a positive candidate experience.
• Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, pipeline activity) and provide regular reports.
• Collaborate on university relations and early talent programs when applicable.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Intermediate- Advanced English (written and spoken) is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ATS or recruiting platforms is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering an excellent candidate experience.
• Knowledge of the local labor market and recruitment trends is an advantage.
