DATAMARK, Inc. is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager for Mexico Operations.

The role leads full-cycle recruitment for staff and non-staff contact center and back-office positions, collaborating with stakeholders to align talent strategies with business needs. The position requires a senior TA leader with extensive experience in contact center staffing, process improvement, and bilingual English/Spanish communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive responsibility in Talent Acquisition.
• 5+ years in a talent acquisition management or supervisory role.
• Experience designing, developing, and implementing TA strategies.
• Recruitment experience in a Contact Center environment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and vision to the Talent Acquisition teams with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Collect data and develop metrics from ATS and other data points to analyze recruitment activity.
• Coordinate Talent Acquisition across multiple locations in Mexico Operations.
• Audit TA sites to ensure compliance with corporate initiatives, policies and procedures.
• Mentor TA personnel in partnership with Site HR to promote learning and growth.
• Drive communication and teamwork among TA teams to incorporate ongoing feedback from Operations.
