The ideal candidate has 4–6 years in non‑technical recruiting, fluent English and Spanish, strong project management, and a proven ability to influence stakeholders across levels in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from a recognized institution.
• 4–6 years of hands‑on experience in non‑technical recruiting.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, with ability to manage stakeholders across levels.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership stakeholders independently.
• Strong project management and negotiation abilities to meet hiring goals.

Responsibilities

• Act as the TA POC for a specific non-technical Business Unit.
• Identify and attract qualified candidates through diverse sourcing channels.
• Manage the full application process including initial screening and interviews.
• Provide hiring recommendations using data-driven analysis.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
• Provide the TA Operations team with necessary information for tracking.
• Stay informed on recruitment trends and best practices in non-technical recruiting.
• Maintain a strong talent network for high-quality pipelines.
