Job summary

TD SYNNEX México seeks a Talent Acquisition Supervisor LATAM to lead the recruitment team across Latin America. You will coach recruiters, partner with HR and business leaders, and drive hiring strategies and compliant, data-driven processes across multiple countries.

You will oversee vendor relationships, implement sourcing plans, and optimize recruitment operations, ensuring a superior candidate and hiring manager experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience in corporate/agency settings.
• Experience leading or supervising recruiting teams.
• Experience supporting recruitment across multiple countries and stakeholder groups.
• Proven ability to build partnerships with business leaders and hiring managers.
• Experience managing recruitment vendors and sourcing partnerships.
• Experience using recruitment metrics and workforce analytics.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and guidance to the Talent Acquisition team across LATAM.
• Supervise recruiting activities and monitor team performance to ensure service levels.
• Mentor, train, and give performance feedback to recruiters.
• Conduct performance evaluations and identify development opportunities.
• Develop hiring strategies with HR and business leaders.
• Lead recruitment efforts and oversee complex candidate searches across LATAM.
• Translate business needs into effective recruiting plans and stay ahead of labor trends.
• Promote TD SYNNEX's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion commitments throughout hiring.
