Qualifications

• 6–10+ years as Talent Acquisition Partner.
• Proven leadership with ability to mentor.
• Conversational English required for global teams.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decisions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting framework for technical roles.
• Lead and mentor TA colleagues and share best practices.
• Monitor labor market trends and competitive intelligence.
• Build relationships with customers and partners in the business area.
• Develop candidate communities aligned with hiring plans.
• Source and secure talent via Avature, LinkedIn, referrals.
• Drive recruitment initiatives and influence stakeholders.
