Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, business, or related field.
• Proficiency with ATS and candidate sourcing tools to manage recruitment activities effectively.
• Experience using AI-powered recruiting tools to enhance recruiting processes, sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and productivity.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Create and execute sourcing strategies to attract and engage high-quality talent across multiple channels.
• Conduct competency-based interviews and candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and potential.
• Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs, hiring priorities, and recruitment strategies.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
