Sovos Latinoamérica is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer in Mexico to own technical opportunities end-to-end, from discovery to close. You will configure AI-native platforms for client environments, run technical workshops, and craft compelling ROI-based business cases that bridge technical and executive conversations.

Qualifications

• Led business process transformation or consulting engagements in client-facing environments.
• Able to build executive-level business cases with ROI and TCO analyses.
• Experienced in pre-sale cycles for complex B2B deals and moving deals toward close.
• Familiar with AI gateways, model routing, and data governance concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own technical opportunities end-to-end from discovery to close.
• Configure platform against client data and workflows, including APIs and integrations.
• Lead technical workshops and proofs of concept with clear success criteria.
• Develop ROI/TCO inputs and business-case formats for customer decisions.
• Translate technical solutions into business impact for finance and executives.
• Maintain continuity with implementation teams and stakeholders throughout the cycle.
• Help shape qualification criteria, demo approaches, and market feedback for go-to-market motion.
