Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. in Mexico City is seeking a seasoned Sales Engineer to evangelize Service Cloud and AI-driven CRM solutions to enterprise customers.

You will lead the technical cycle, articulate business value, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor demonstrations and proposals. The role requires deep knowledge of contact center operations, cloud platforms, and AI capabilities, with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Deep functional understanding of call centre operations and processes.
• Curiosity and energy to understand customer pain points.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team to solve technical problems.
• Ability to multi-task in a demanding team environment and propose differentiated architectures.
• Experience as a Sales Engineer/Architect for a CRM/AI company or similar tech.
• Willingness to travel (up to 50%).
• Knowledge of cloud technology and related applications.
• Experience with CRM solutions and AI landscape.

Responsibilities

• Evangelize Service Cloud value to customers (including c-level execs and IT) and field teams.
• Coordinate and lead the entire solution cycle through close collaboration with other teams.
• Understand the customer’s needs and position Salesforce’s product as the best solution.
• Demonstrate deep understanding of the client’s industry and technology related to Salesforce solutions.
• Develop and deliver innovative custom solutions and demos to key decision-makers showing business value.
• Participate in product, sales, and training certifications to maintain knowledge.
• Attain quarterly and annual objectives assigned by management.
• Respond efficiently to RFPs.
• Lead the technical side of the sales cycle.
• Pursue internal training programs and mentorship initiatives.
