Zendesk, S. De R.L. DE CV (Mexico) seeks an AI Sales Specialist in Mexico City. This quota-carrying overlay role works with the Core Account Executive team to prospect, demo, and close deals, aligning the Zendesk AI portfolio with customer goals in the AMER region.

You’ll own sales goals, build relationships, and lead AI POCs while collaborating with the AI Success and Enablement teams to maximize revenue. The role supports hybrid work and requires based in CDMX or Estado de Mexico.

Formación

• Proven experience in a quota-carrying sales role.
• Focus on Conversational AI solutions or the CX space.
• Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Experience in an overlay AE/co-sell role.

Responsabilidades

• Take full ownership of sales quotas within a Zendesk territory and drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with Core AEs to plan and execute strategic pursuits for existing and new customers.
• Build and nurture relationships, lead AI POCs, and demonstrate value of the AI portfolio.
• Enable the sales team on AI solutions and communicate updates for prospecting and qualification.
• Provide insights to optimize deals and cross-sell opportunities with the AI Success team.
