Job summary

HCLTech seeks an experienced ServiceNow architect/engineer to drive complex ITSM implementations. You will configure and customize modules, design new workflows, and integrate with diverse systems across client environments.

The role requires hands-on scripting, SOAP/REST web services, and strong communication to articulate solutions and demonstrations. Certifications (CSA/CIS/CAD) and cloud awareness (Azure/AWS) are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver complex technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Lead technical initiatives and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Configure, customize, and integrate ServiceNow modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, ESM).
• Provide escalation support and mentorship on ServiceNow implementations.
