Formación

• Advanced hands-on ServiceNow Now Platform experience with core modules and custom app development.
• Strong design and development skills for complex enterprise workflows.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems via APIs and web services.
• Knowledge of security, governance, and compliance in platform solutions.
• Hybrid/remote collaboration in distributed teams with agile or iterative delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Design ServiceNow Now Platform infrastructure solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
• Translate requirements into platform architectures improving reliability and observability.
• Develop reusable components and automate workflows to reduce manual tasks.
• Implement integrations between ServiceNow and on-premise or cloud systems via APIs.
• Guide upgrades, configuration testing, and deployment to minimize defects.
• Create runbooks and technical docs for support teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with security and compliance to embed governance controls.
• Mentor peers on architecture patterns, coding standards, and platform capabilities.
