Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited is seeking a senior ServiceNow Developer to deliver high-quality configurations, customizations, and integrations with a strong hands-on delivery approach and governance. You will design and implement ITSM modules, REST/SOAP integrations, and UI/configuration work across the platform.

As a key contributor, you will translate business requirements into technical solutions, provide L3 support for complex customizations, and ensure upgrade-safe development following

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong experience in ITSM implementations.
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
• Exposure to AngularJS, HTML, and XML.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow configurations and customizations within approved solution architecture.
• Configure Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Flow Designer.
• Develop Service Catalog items, Record Producers, workflows, and notifications.
• Build and support REST and SOAP integrations, including basic IntegrationHub use cases.
• Configure and enhance ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
• Support automation and orchestration scenarios.
• Convert business requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide L3 technical support for customizations and integrations.
• Ensure upgrade-safe development and platform best practices.
• Prepare technical documentation and support solution demos.
