Formación

• 6–10 years of total experience in software or platform development (5–7 years for Mid-level, 8+ years for Tech Lead).
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
• Strong experience working in Agile / Scrum environments with distributed teams.

Overview

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and troubleshooting solutions on the ServiceNow platform, supporting backend integrations, content delivery, and automation initiatives across different workflows.

Required Experience

• 6–10 years of total experience in software or platform development
  • Mid-level: 5–7 years | Tech Lead: 8+ years
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow
• Strong experience working in Agile / Scrum environments with distributed teams

Required Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript
• ServiceNow development skills including:

• Experience designing backend APIs, data structures, and integrations
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and identify root causes across system components
